I have been coming here for years for foot reflexology with my mum, and have to specially commend Uncle Heng for his splendid skills. He is a very knowledgeable and extremely experienced masseur. Even my grandmother, who is averse to massages, now comes twice a week to get foot reflexology done by Uncle Heng. She has been having trouble with her right knee due to wear and tear of her knee joint and uncle Heng has managed to significantly improve the mobility of her knee, thank you!Front desk staff and manager of Tampines 1 branch are also very friendly. Strongly recommend!

I have been coming to Heart Springs Spa in Tampines One for more than six months, and the consistency in quality has been amazing. The spa is neat, and the ambience so relaxing. You can tell hygiene is a priority here.

The staff are warm, attentive, professional, respectful, and truly care about the guest experience.

I appreciate how their therapists explain everything beforehand. My therapist, Mr Heng is absolutely incredible, with great pressure, intuitive hands, and such a calming presence.

Every visit has left me feeling like I hit the reset button on my mind and body.

I had my full body massage here. All staffs was very friendly. I love the atmosphere, it was calm and relaxing. I got my massage done by Angie, she was very attentive and her pressure was constant and she knew which parts of my body that was tense, to add her hands was warm and they take careful attention to hygiene. I would definitely recommend to experience this service.

I have been visiting Heart Springs SPA for my foot and body massage for many years. The environment is clean, calm and relaxing. I appreciate Belle's efforts, always there and managed to find the therapist for me even with a last minute request. The massage therapists, Judy, Uncle Simon and Xin Yong never disappoint me, they are very skilful and very accurate with pressure points, relieving every tension and stress, I feel refreshed and good after every session with them.
Recently I had a facial done by Veron, a young and sweet little girl, she is very gentle, the entire process is very relaxing and comfortable. Although this is only my 2nd session with her, I can see some improvements in my skin. Her tips on some beauty routine care also works well for me. Great Job Judy, Uncle Simon, Xin Yong and Veron !
